Late in LA, the fight tap in there, the fight, UFC 320. Let's get into it, bro. Chama, chumma, chumma, chumma, chumma, chumma. I'm not going back to the tire shop, dickhead. Anyway, UFC 320, the fight. This is one of the best cards I've seen this year. And I feel like I'm saying this shit every week, but it's just that good. UFC boxing, BKFC last Saturday was amazing. People don't understand. I love when the cards are at different times. I'm gonna watch the prelims, flick over to BKFC, flick over to boxing. I got three TVs going in my house. It's just violence. Anyway, back to the violence. We got Joe Piper opening up with a banger, gets the rare naked choke, round two. He used his hands and he used ring control. Like people were doubting if he could deal with a graffler. He didn't just deal with him, he choked him out. Shout out to Joe Piper, he's a great fighter. Obviously, I don't agree with everything he says, but who gives a fuck, bro? Shout out to him, shout out to this win. This is a great card, and it just gets better. Next fight is Josh Emmett versus Yusuf Zalau. Zalau, oh my god. People were talking shit about this guy because he played a safe against somebody and he protected himself. And we just saw what happens when you go out there trying to do damage without a plan. Now, Josh Emmett had a tremendous, tremendous training camp. I was actually rooting for him in this matchup. I thought he would touch him. I think he was more experienced. I think he is used to this limelight in the UFC. But when the lights was on, Zalau performed. He got the sub in round one, armbar, verbal tap, let it go. It was crazy. And I'm really glad that we're seeing what happens, right, as these older fighters fight these upgraded fighters. Like that guy, Zalau is good everywhere. I would say great everywhere. He could have won this fight just on his bike and kick it from the outside. He could have won this with just a striker. He could have run this with just wrestling. He's a very well versed fighter. And I'm very excited for his feature. Now, getting into the Coco main event, because Yuri versus Khalil Roundtree was damn sure another main event level fight. It was crazy. It was insane. I was literally screaming at the TV at Yuri at Khalil Roundtree all the way until round three. Because I knew if he didn't get on his bike and he didn't protect himself and he didn't start fighting from the outside because a lot of this fight, they would be crashes, crashes, collisions, and hard counters, but not a lot of distance management between the fighters. I feel like Yuri was coming in, Khalil was countering, but he wasn't creating space. He wasn't setting most things up. Neither one of those guys do, though. They were throwing like they're trying to put each other out. And Yuri gets the win after being down two rounds. Two rounds. He's down too. Khalil could have won that fight. So a stock doesn't go down. I say put him in there with another striker. Keep the light heavyweight division popping because it's crazy right now. We're gonna get to the main event, but we gotta talk about the co-main event. Mara, the machine, he's vicious, bro. He doesn't stop, can't stop, won't stop. No did he though. Anyway, he took him down, I think at least 20 plus times. If you don't think seeing someone be controlled that way isn't one of the most dominant forms of using martial arts in a combat scenario, I'm sorry, you're in the wrong sport. And it's okay. We have BKLC that weekend too. We got boxing this weekend. It's okay not to like certain aspects of a fighter or fighting, but don't bitch about it when you know what it's about. I'm not gonna bitch about a jab in boxing, I'm not gonna bitch about a kick in judo. It's a part of the fucking sports. Now, he dog worked, he dog walked Corey Sandhagen for five rounds. I think in round one, I'm pretty sure that was his best round for Corey. And then round two, he chinned him. He did damage with his hands, feet, and his wrestling. He's a full-fledged fighter, and what's scary about Marab, he was a working champion, so he had to develop his skills later. He's just now developing his skill set. It was a lot of heart, pride, and his background that got him to this point. And Aljo, and his team, you know, shout out everybody on that team because those guys do a lot of great work together, and I'm proud of their uh brotherhood, their solidarity, and you know, making money the correct way because you can make money, but if you make it the wrong way, you're gonna feel it. So, shout out to those guys, shout out to Marab. He's a dominant champion. I don't know who beats him. We will see. Now, Alex Pierre came out here and put Belta S. Listen, you cannot have your promoters talking shit. You are inspiring other fighters. You can't inspire these guys. When they get inspired, they put people to sleep, and that's what he did. He put Unkaliev to sleep. Brown one, TKO, they stopped the fight. He could not continue, he could not defend himself. He talked a lot of shit. Him and his team. I hope they never give him a rematch because Pereira lost the belt, but it wasn't like he got beat. He got two out of those five rounds. He got beat on the scorecards, but his face was good, his body was everybody, everything else is good. You gotta go see if everything's alright after this fight because he took damage, and this is what matters in the UFC. Damage. I can't wait to see what Alex Prayer does. If he goes up to heavyweight, he can fuck up a lot of those guys. They're only strikers, the only people he can't beat are people who are high-level grapplers. I don't like he can go do it, he can go fight John Jones. He's gonna get taken down. If Cyril Gunn can't keep John Jones off of him and he's that big and has that much weight, muscle, and height. Fuck no. Because I I bro, I'll give you my right hand if you say Alex Pereira is more athletic than Cyril Gunn, especially when John Jones fought. Don't forget Cyril Gunn's tear before he lost to John Jones. Don't forget that. And John Jones is still training, he's getting ready. If Tom Espinall defends his belt, then he can argue, then he can get in line to fight Pereira. But if you are undefined chant, please, please defend your belt before you talk shit, man. Because if you talk shit and lose your belt right after that, it's silly. It's silly. You look dumb, and now he's got a claw back from that image, and people are already shitting on him. People said they need to trade him because he wasn't, you know, bringing in enough eyes and viewers. So even though he lost, shout out to Okaloff. He is a tremendous fighter. He did beat Alex Prayer. So he is one of one. He just got to get back in the lab. Shout out to Alex Prayer, man. You put belt to ass though, bro. Chama, chama, chama. The fight tapping in chama.
