UFC Vancouver delivered a grind heavy main event as Brendan Allen broke Reinier de Ridder over four rounds until the corner waved it off before the fifth. Mike Malott outworked Kevin Holland for a clear decision, Aiemann Zahabi edged Marlon Vera in a split, Manon Fiorot blitzed Jasmine Jasudavicius for a 74 second TKO, and Charles Jourdain wrapped Davey Grant with a first round guillotine. Kyle Nelson earned a competitive decision over Matt Frevola to round out the main card.

You never know what is going to happen. We're going to talk about USC Vancouver, Danny Garcia's retirement fight, and everything that went down last Saturday as far as brawling, boxing, or MMA. Shout out to Paulymal and Alji. He just got a W in bare knuckle. Took a lot of damage. That shit is not for the week. That shit is not for the average. Shout out to Paulymal and retired fighter. Came out, put belt to ass and took a lick in too. And a lot of those shots were dirty. Let's just talk about it. Anyway, the fight, episode 56. Listen. Drew Dober, I believe I saw Drew Dober rob a man today in broad daylight, and we called it a EOC fight. Listen. After getting his second nutshot in the row and a five-minute breather, his opponent kept the fight going. This is why I am never mad at fighters when they take a knee, when they leave the ring, when they protect themselves, when they do what they have to do. Because this guy lost his fight because he was trying to be a good guy for the fans. Arnold almost, I'm pretty sure he lost the performance bonus because he was trying to be good with the fans. The fans don't care, bro. Kyle could have won that fight. He was up in my scorecards. Drew Derber gets the win, gets the TKO. He is a fighter. It's not his problem. He's out there to put belt to S. Now, Charles Judane. Okay? Charles Dudain. I've been watching this guy, but I'm just now paying attention. UFC Vancouver. A lot of these Canadian fighters came to fight. Kyle came to fight. Charles put his man down in the first round after dropping him. Then he choked him out with a guillotine. This card was crazy. Like the amount of finishes we got at a high level was insane. But like the way he needed that man to oblivion, then took his dreams away. Like he just choked them out in front of everybody, man. And it gets worse. So we get Manon Faroot, who just got washed by Way Lee in her, you know, not heavyweight, but her championship match. She goes, she goes out there and beats the native Jasmine in the first round TKO. She hit her with a brutal fucking jab, rocked her shit, and that was it. Like after that punch, it was over. Being aggressive doesn't mean you're fighting right. Okay. It's crazy to see how people forget strategy and go with heart. Keep your hands up. Protect yourself at all times. Shout out Manon Farut. We have Zahabi versus Cheeto. I thought Cheeto won. Cheeto lost this by split decision. I didn't think he was going to win in Canada anyway. Listen, this is a pick-em fight. It was back and forth. Zahabi had him with activity. Cheeto had him with the more damaging shots. It was a striking battle. I thought damage mattered. Volume won this one. If you want to give it to him, he won off heart. It still is a close enough fight that I'm not too mad either way. This guy's a striker. He's in the Batamate the division. So it's going to be sweet to see him against title contention fighters like Sugarshan O'Malley. That's going to be good to see. And then we have the co-main, Mike Mollett versus Kevin Holland. I thought Kevin Holland was winning this fight until he got Need in the dick twice. I had Matt Mollett to win, Mike. I have Mike to win, and I knew he's going to win because he's in Canada. A lot of Canadian bias on these judges' cards. But people need to know this. When it's a regional event, the fighters are going to get the fucking nod, and you just got to get used to it. And you got to bet around it. Like if you're betting UFC and you don't know in Brazil, if it goes to a card, a Brazilian may win, then don't bet UFC. You got to know the beast that you're dealing with. And uh, I think Mike Mollet, he's a great clean fighter, but they should have taken some points for the knee shots. They should have taken some points for that shit. And it changed the fight. It changed the fight, man. We have to do something about these eye pokes. We have to do something about these nut shots. I don't care what gender it is. Everybody's fucking doing it. Everybody's getting away with it. It's damn near people's strategy. Jab, eye poke, jab, knee to the balls. Like, are they drilling this? Because I've seen it in the last every fucking weekend I've seen it. Every fucking weekend I've seen somebody get hit in the nuts for no reason and it affects the fight. Like, if it's going to affect the fight that much, it needs to be egregious. One point soon as it happens. Anyway, RDR is coming off of a four-what, four-fight win streak. Brendan Allen is coming off of one streak himself. Top guys in the middleweight division. This was make it or break it. And uh Brendan went out there and broke it. Listen, RDR is a great fighter. Great fighter. Great fighter. I'm not gonna say he isn't, and I'm gonna tell you why he lost. He was grappling. Brendan was being an MMA fighter. That means in every realm of the fight, when you're an MMA fighter, you do damage. There is no rest in MMA. If you're good enough, if your opponent is high level enough, and that was the problem for RDR. A lot of the guys he fought were really good at one thing, bad at something else. Really good at one thing, bad at something else. Brendan Allen is his fully, you know, a complete fighter. This is the first complete fighter he's fought with a gas tank. Shout out to Brendan Allen for getting a W. He stopped RDR by sheer exhaustion. He could not get up. Nomas. UFC edition. Now, RDR, this is why he lost. This is his fifth fight in a row in 2025. That is five weight cuts. That is five rounds with UFC caliber fighters. It doesn't mean it doesn't matter if you get out clean, you still take damage. All that damage adds up. I think it happened to Izzy. I think it happened to Volk. These guys need to take breaks. These guys gotta let themselves rest up because this is a dangerous and innovative sport. The fight 56.
