Quick Card Recap And Setup
SPEAKER_00The fight, episode 82, Life and Times Networked happening. Boxing, listen, we had also Ammo Williams versus Adam. Listen, let's start from the beginning. Robert Goldman's got the UD over Belmar. A lot of people got see as you go up in class and boxing, you can't knock all these guys out. It's impossible. They are working very hard not to get knocked out. They have sparring drills specifically when they're hurt. A lot of these fights here are pedit top-tier pedigree boxing where the margin of skill and ability outpaces will and durability every single time. Shout out to Robert Gomez, getting a UD. Shout out to Corey Marksman, getting a UD over Jacob. This is top-tier boxing. These guys are outworking their opponents, outstrategying them. You know, their strategy is a lot more effective than their opponent. If you can't cut off the ring, that's on you. If you're getting outworked, that's on you. If you can't maintain distance and control for your style, that is on you. If you're not fighting your style, it is on you. And if power is the only thing you got, I'm sorry. That is on you. Boxing is a cruel sport where reality sets in very fast. If your fighter can't cut off the ring, you're going to find it out soon. Because there's going to be a guy in there that goes in there and move, right? There's going to be a guy in there that just goes to the body. There's going to be a guy out there that just wants to stay on the outside. There's going to be guys that wants to box and they want to fight. There's some guys that just want to fight. There's going to be guys that cheat a little bit. There's going to be dirty guys. There's going to be all types of different fighters. There's going to be fighters that make their best work in the clinch. There's going to be fighters that don't clinch at all. There's fighters that can't fight in the clinch. You have to adapt to your style. Curtis Harper gets the laws, gets Tomona in round one, TKO, violence, punches, and bunches. Listen, I wish we had more stops like this in boxing. Some of these guys are taking way too many hits. Too much rock'em sock'em for me. We just had fighters just leave a hospital. She got knocked out twice in succession, I believe, in a year's span. He's out now, but there's so much risk in boxing. The amount of punishment, I'm all for TKO, especially this one. Shout out to both fighters. Amari Jones versus Christian Gomez. They get the UD. Listen, Omari, it's one of them. You're going to have a tough, tough night out. If you think you're just going to put Amari out or outwork them, it's not going to happen. Now we got Ammo Williams. He won his shot at the belt and he took it and he lost. He got dropped. He got outworked. He got outpointed. He got outclassed by Carlos Animes. They all said he was going to lose his belt to this young man. And I say a young man because he's a young fighter in development. Ton of power. He needs to start working on his jab, his ability to cut off the ring, to use his power, his inside game. There were so many things that he got outclassed in that Carlos Adamez started looking like Floyd Mayweather in there in comparison. So it's just a style that even though people like it, you know, Austin Williams getting knockouts, he's getting highlights, he's beating guys. It doesn't matter if you can't step up your skill set alongside your power. Now, we get into another card where it was just violence. Okay, this happened the same night. Martinez versus Alem. Okay. Now we got Jocelyn Carmelo getting this is the girl that got knocked out, and it was in the hospital. ISIS CEO, she got knocked out round one. She was in the hospital. This is what I'm talking about. For stopping fights when they need to be stopped. She's out, she's healthy. They just took a picture together. So it's good to see everybody in good spirits. We got Albert Gonanas. He defeated Brandon Chambers. Round one, TKO. A lot of violence on this card. Shout out to Bro Box TV. They put on great fights and they have amazing matchmaking for styles that are combustive to each other. Now, we have Samuel Contreras. He gets the TKO in round two. Shout out to both fighters. It was a war. Very entertaining. All the fights on this card are very entertaining and very brutal. Then we get Joshua Anton. He gets the round one TKO. Lots of violence on Pro Box TV. And this is all for free on YouTube, guys. Like, check it in. I want everybody to understand that there's multiple ways to watch boxing. You have Dayson, you have PBC, you have top rank, you have Zufa. You have to make these competing boxing entities compete. Go and watch all these cars because it's amazing cars. Shout out to Leston Martinez. He went to war. He was on the Canelo Crawford card. If you like his fight against Mbali, which was insane, Rockam Saka violence. We see Lester Martinez gets the W and some prestige. I think if that fight with him and Embali went longer, he would have won. I really like what Lester Martinez brings to boxing, his style. He's an educated brawler, and he will make you pay if you do not cut off that ring. Shout out to them. Shout out to everybody tapping into the fight, episode 82.
